Training this week
All training sessions are in Irishtown Stadium, unless otherwise stated. For adults, the main group training session of the week is on Tuesday evening. Anyone interested in joining the club should come down to this session. Meet at 6.30 pm for light jogging followed at 6.45 by a group dynamic warm up and finally we split into groups depending on your level and distance.

Juveniles aged 7 (in 2010) and older.
4.30 - 6.00 pm.
Track session (all adult members)
6:30 pm.
Michael and Susan's group: 400m slow 400m faster, 400 slow 400 faster by 4 sets with 2 mins between sets i.e. 1 mile continuous in each set, slow laps 10 secs slower than fast lap.
Geraldine and Don's group: 2 x (400m easy, 400m hard), 2 x (300m easy, 300m hard), 2 x (200m easy, 200m hard).

Social run, 40-70 minutes easy. Beach/Nature reserve.
Rene's group
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Hill and cross-country training at Marlay Park. (Meet Taylor's Three-Rock Pub 6:15 pm.)
