Torben Dahl third at Clonakilty, new PB for James Cottle
Crusading marathon enthusiast Torben Dahl had a lot to celebrate in the Clonakilty Waterfront marathon race on December 10th. After finishing well in Dublin and winning the Polar Circle marathon, Torben has not been resting on his laurels and took 3rd place in a new personal best of 2:50:56 just about 2 minutes ahead of the next podium chaser.

Meanwhile James Cottle had a second go at the fast Waterford half-marathon course. Like Torben, our masters runner has had a busy autumn when it comes to marathons and half-marathons but he still recorded a PB of taking almost 3 minutes of the time he recorded when running as part of our National Half-marathon team in September.
