Close battle between Crusaders at the tough Sportsworld 5 Miler with plenty of challenge from the late hill and headwind. Jason Kehoe and Richie Healy had a good battle finishing 17th and 18th in 28:20 and 28:21 after Jason held off the usual late attack from the latter. The result was a new personal best for Richie. Declan Horgan (30:57), and Dee Ni Chearbhaill (34:47) also ran.
