Killian Barry maintains his place at the head of the Irish hammer renaissance as he finishes top Irish hammer thrower in the European junior championships in Tallinn, Estonian.  In a year where four hammer throwers travelled to the championships, three male and one female, Killian finish highest amongst them.  All three competitors in the male hammer threw over 60m with Killian throwing 64.88m.  The rich history of hammer throwing in Crusaders looks set to continue, with national record holder Killian joined by world junior champion Conor McCullough, who made his first appearance for Crusaders in the league on Sunday.
