If anyone needs to be picked up, contact me on zero85one214541 or zarrock60
at hotmail dot com and I can pick people up at 18:20 at Taylor’s Three-Rock
(for Kilmashogue session) or try to arrange a lift for you to Glendalough
and back.

Session is based on running and light plyometric exercises in the hills and
builds strength, flexibility, power and speed. You should have been doing
regular training (4-5 runs a week) for at least 4-5 weeks to get the most
out of the session. If in doubt give me a shout. For any injury-worries,
consult with me before the session starts.

At the moment, with the season having started, we are doing windsprints and other fast anaerobic exercises both on the flat and uphill/downhill.
