Rene Borg and Niamh O’Ceallaigh were in action during the latest round of the Wicklow Fit4Life championships. The courses make great low-key racing venues and the customary hilly courses in strong winds prevailed once again on the 5k in Wicklow Town.

For South Dublin or Wicklow-based Crusaders the next local race are the Kilcoole 5 Mile on 29th May and the Roundwood 2 Mile on 23rd June.
