Irishtown includes a full Gym, Olympic weights platforms as well as comfortable changing facilities, all weather 5 aside football pitches and aerobics studios. With priority access for Crusaders members you'd be crazy not to join .

GOAL Mile Christmas Day

GOAL MILE IRISHTOWN 2007.

The were over 30 Crusaders runners and supporters in attendance at Irishtown on Christmas Day. About 70 others also turned up to run on a lovely morning. The Crusaders Christmas Day Trophy was awarded to Geraldine O'Shea who ran a time of 7.33. The fastest time of the day 4m 26 secs, was posted by Alan from Waterford who just piped Eugene in a thrilling race. Listed below are some of the other times that were recorded. GOAL Mile Christmas Day 2007 !!

Crusaders A.C. will host a GOAL mile at Irishtown. All proceeds will go to Goal.This is the 2nd year running the event and an even bigger turn out is expected for Christmas Day 2007. We will also award the annual Christmas Day Trophy base on times
recorded and teams of three drawn from Crusaders members on the day.
Please pass on the word to all members, friends and work colleagues. A
few volunteers to help on the day would be welcome

The races will begin at 10:30AM and continue right through until 12:00 before everyone heads home to tuck into the Turkey.
