Irishtown includes a full Gym, Olympic weights platforms as well as comfortable changing facilities, all weather 5 aside football pitches and aerobics studios. NOTE - Change of Date - DJOUCE Handicap 8K

The Djouce Handicap race will be on

"Saturday 8th December at 11am"

not Sunday as previously advertised in the fixtures list.

This is the perfect morning to spend before a relaxing evening with some hot whiskeys to warm you up in Doheny & Nesbitts at the Crusaders Christmas Party.

Please enter the race in advance so that our handicap team can organise appropriately. Stewards, Marshals, organisers, time keepers and helpers please contact Lindie ASAP as there is alot to do to get things in shape for a smoothly run event (as always!)

Club man Thomas Chamney has launched a website. The site will give daily/weekly/monthly training updates, as Tom prepares to qualify for next years Olympic games in Beijing.

Tom, Chammers, Cham Dawg, Doggy, Madra or as his Mum calls him... Thomas dear, begins this journey in Soria, Spain.
