Conditions: cold, but pretty good.

Great run by Shane, with Don forcing the pace early on (1.09,2.29 for first two laps) before being forced out with his sore foot. Everyone home in under nine minutes which is pretty good going. Well done all!
Next round, 3000m, Thurs Feb 15 (7pm). All welcome.
