Irishtown includes a full Gym, Olympic weights platforms as well as comfortable changing facilities, all weather 5 aside football pitches and aerobics studios. Crusadesr AC club championships takes place tomorrow, Thursday 16th August from 6:30pm. All members are welcome. The competition will take the form of a small meet with events of various disciplines (sprints, distance, throws, jumps).
