Change to Training Days (non T&F athletes)

With effect from 19th September, training will revert
to Tuesdays and Thursdays for the Autumn/Winter
season. Venue/Meeting point will be Irishtown Stadium
at 6.30pm. Training will continue to be varied with
runs/sessions on grass, roads, beach and track. To
kick off the new schedule, Emma S is organising a
competition on the track on Thursday 21st and we’re
hoping to see as many as possible there for the event.
It’s called an Equal Interval session and the idea is
that everyone does 4 x 800m with 2 min recovery and
the winner will be the one whose intervals are the
closest to eachother timewise. Needless to say you
can’t wear a watch ! Emma will be doing the timing
etc. so all you have to do is show up. All are
welcome. Afterwards we’re hoping to organise a social
event. Details will follow.
